FOUNDER & CEO

Craig Fantozzi has been an officer/owner of three separate firms managing large, diverse energy organizations in the US and Canada for nearly 50 years. In these organizations he has been involved in construction, bidding, finance, and operations. He managed field work, negotiated contract issues, design, and supervised some of the most complex energy projects in petrochemical and renewable industries. Highlights include working Unit 16 Geothermal Steam Gathering System at the Geysers; startup and management of Hood Corporation’s Northern California Division constructing natural gas pipelines, facilities and utilities; and formation of a multi-state construction company, with a wholly owned subsidiary designing and constructing natural gas and product pipelines, facilities, and corrosion control systems.

James Griffiths has been instrumental in leading Epcon to grow from a small organization with five employees to a market leader within the energy industry for project/construction management and EPC services with over 1,000 completed projects in the US and Canada. James began his career working for a large energy company and has a deep understanding of what owner organizations need and how to supply the support to get projects completed on time, under budget and within compliance. James is currently a board member and committee co-chair within the INGAA organization and on various committees within AGA and SEIA. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Weber State University.

Brent Dixon is an experienced operations manager with twenty-five years in the energy industry. His career has progressed from mechanical craft execution at petroleum refineries, environmental management of natural gas pipeline projects, to managing project operations at Epcon. He has a comprehensive understanding of energy infrastructure maintenance and capital projects. He is an evaluator for operator qualifications pertaining to CFR192 & CFR 195. Currently a committee member on the AGA Quality Management Committee. Brent holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Washington University.

35 years’ experience in Operations, Maintenance and Construction in the wind, solar and BESS energy industry. Specific areas of experience to the wind energy industry include managing WTG installation and maintenance throughout the United States and abroad (Well over 10 GW’s). Over 10 years’ experience constructing solar project in the United States and Canada. Construction of two biomass projects in SC. Management of teams up 250 people and able to work with multiple functions to keep a cohesive execution team.

35 years’ experience in Operations, Maintenance and Construction in the wind, solar and BESS energy industry. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration (Finance) from Monmouth University’s Leon Hess School of Business.
